• You can indicate your swimmer’s availability for all of the meets as they are all now open in Swimtopia. The deadline to declare is the three days prior to each meet.
• If you have not participated as a volunteer by the third swim meet, your child(ren) will not be seeded to swim in future meets.

Before Signing Up

• Make sure that you are logged in to Swimtopia. The Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You can also use your Swimtopia app to sign up for jobs and to register your child(ren) for the meet.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Please confirm that the information listed for you and your children in Swimtopia is correct (double check your kids' birthdays, especially).
• If you have any difficulty logging into Swimtopia or if you find an error in your information, please email Team Coordinator Robin Kandel ([email protected]).

Job Signup

• Under the "Meets & Events" tab, click on the Signup Calendar.
• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab next to the meet you are signing up for and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs—scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

• Under the "Meets & Events" tab, click on the Signup Calendar (or just stay in the Signup Calendar if you are already in their for the job signup). Click the green MEET ENTRY tab next to the meet you want to sign your children up for.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:

Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
