This update is brief, but there's some important info, so please see below.

• Signups for our Innersquad meet this THURSDAY will close at 9pm tonight. If you had any issues, Liz Ward and I will go in and make sure everyone has their individual events and the relays are set up.
• The signups for the October Pentathlon are also open and will close Friday evening at 9pm.
• Please be aware that we may need parents to help out at our home meets this season. Liz Ward and I will try to stay on top of everything while Jason is out, but be patient as we learn the ins and outs of meet season!
• At the Innersquad meet Thursday, we'll be talking to swimmers about their goals for this season. Please feel free to start these conversations at home. We love to see you all involved in the growth of your swimmers!
• Dry land workouts will continue on Wednesdays at 4:30. While those are occurring, practice for the advanced swim team will go until 6:30pm.
