BEGINNER SWIM STROKE CLINIC

April 20–30

Designed for swimmers who want to build and improve their competitive stroke skills, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Swimmers will also learn starts, turns, and drills with LY Blue Dolphins coaches Maddie Burton, Liz Clary, and Liz Ward.

Eligibility:
Ages 8 & Under: Must meet Stage 5 swim lesson skills
Ages 9 & Up: Must meet Stage 5 or 6 skills and/or be a 1st- or 2nd-year Blue Dolphins swimmer

Practice Times:
Monday–Thursday
4:30 PM–5:30 PM

FAST LANE
April 27–May 7

A conditioning program designed for experienced swimmers who want to improve technique and build endurance. Coached by former GlenOak High School Head Coach and 2022 OHSSCA & GCAA Hall of Famer Jeff Burrows.

Practice Times:
Monday–Thursday
4:30 PM–6:00 PM

Eligibility:
High school swimmers or age group swimmers with 2–3 years of experience who are able to swim all four competitive strokes
