Hi Team,

As we get closer to Leagues we want to share the information we have available. Please know that there is still some information to come or change!

Admissions: This will be cashless! GA: $5 Kids under 5 free. Electronic Payment will be taken on site

Heat Sheet: avaible at www.neoyswim.org or on meet mobile

Parking: parking lots available in the vicinity of the pool area. Plan extra time to walk from parking to the pool. Expect to pay $10-15. 

Friday night events(March 6th):

These events are for swimmers who are 3 seconds or less away from a zone time and would like an additional chance from the league meet to make the zone time.

Entry Limits: 3 individual events We will need entries sent in no later than 6pm tonight!

Warm up: 5-5:40pm Meet Start at 5:45pm

Location: same as listed below for Saturday

Saturday March 7th, League Meet Day:

All swimmers who qualified for Leagues will attend this day! This would be all swimmers who were listed on the previous post of league qualifiers.

Location: Cleveland State University Busbey Natatorium- 2451 Euclid Ave, Cleveland OH 44115

Doors open 7am

AM Group (9-10 and 8&Under) 

Warm Up: 9-10: 7:30am-8am 8&U: 8am-8:30am with meet start at 8:45am

PM Group (11-12, 13-14, and 15&Over)

Warm up: 11-12: 1:30pm- 2:00pm 13&Up: 1:00pm-1:30pm with meet start at 2:15pm

Volunteers:

We will need Volunteers to help with the League Meet. Job Sign Ups will be posted by end of day today. Please sign up to help of you are able! All participating teams at Leagues will be bringing Volunteers to help run the meet.

Volunteers will check in at the table in the lobby to pick up deck credentials. Only those listednon the volunteer list will be able to check in and receive a wristband.

As mentioned please note some of this information could change before meet day. If there are changes they will be sent out via Swimtopia.
