Hi All,

We want to share some information about the Hang Ten Invitational this Sunday January 18th, as well as some dates for some important upcoming events.

Hang Ten

AM Session: 10 & unders:

• Doors will not open before 7:30 am
• CFYN Warm-up: 7:45 am -8:15 am
• All other teams warm-up: 8:15- 8:50 am
• Meet start: 9:00 am
• Estimated end time: 12:00

PM Session: 11 & overs:

• 1st Warm-up Group: No earlier than 12:15 pm (CFYN, MYG, LKY, DYP, GYB, WADS, LYBD, NCY, OYST, RYD,)
• 2nd Warm-up Group: 30 minutes after the start of group 1. No earlier than 12:45pm (LCWE, TUSC, MAYW, FCRD, YYN, LWCY, LCE, YWRC, YJET, COUNT, AY, FLY)
• Session 2 Start Time: No earlier than 1:15 pm
• Estimated end time: 6:00 pm

**Towel presentation will take place shortly after the conclusion of each session of the meet. 

Divisions!

When: Saturday February 7th!

Where: Wooster 

Warm ups, starts times ans heat sheet to come as we get closer! 

Please RSVP soon if your swimmer will be attending.  Events will be selected by coaches with swimmer input during practices. 

*Please note that your swimmer must have attended 3 dual meets or 2 dual meets and 1 invitaional to be eligible to participate in Divisions.

Swimmers MUST participate in Divisons to earn a placement time for Leagues

If your swimmer will not be swimming at Divisions the upcoming Home Meet with the Jackon YMCA and/or the Neptunes Invitational will be their last meet of the season.

End of Season Banquet:

Save the date for our End of Season Banquet! Swimmers will be congratulated and given their awards from the season during the banquet. There will be food and fun to end out a great season from our team! We hope to see you all there!
