Sleigh Ride Timeline

Warm-up plan

AM Session: 10 & unders:

• CFYN Warm-up: 7:45 am -8:15 am

• All other teams warm-up: 8:15- 8:50 am

• Meet start: 9:00 am

• Estimated end time: 11:55

PM Session: 11 & overs:

• 1st Warm-up Group: No earlier than 12:00 pm (CFYN, MYG, LKY, DYP, GYB, WADS, LYBD, NCY)

• 2nd Warm-up Group: 30 minutes after the start of group 1. No earlier than 12:30pm (LCWE, TUSC, MAYW, FCRD, YYN, LWCY, LCE, YWRC, YJET, COUNT, ORV, AY)

• Session 2 Start Time: No earlier than 2:35 pm

• Estimated end time: 6:20 pm

Timers are needed for invitational!! You will not have to pay for admissions, you will be able to be on the pool deck during thr meet, one of the best seats in the house as well as access to the hospitality room for food and drink duing the meet. Warm-up: 11:30 AM

End: 4:30 PM (estimated)

• Swimmers Need to be on deck by 11:15am

• Warmups will be from 11:30am-12:00pm

• Meet start is 12:00pm

We are in need of 3 Parent volunteers for Saturday to help move kids during the Massillon meet, Starting after warm ups

Meet start at 12pm Please see coach Jason during warmups to see which kids you will be helping. 

Listed below are the entry list and Heat Sheet. We ask that Swimmers come to the meet with entries already written on their arm. If you have any questions or are unable to do so please show up before warm ups start so a coach can assist!
