We wanted to send out this updated information about warm up times and approximate end times for the meet! As well as the heat sheet. Please see below:

 Timeline:

AM Session: 8 & under and 13 & Over:

• Doors open - Not before 7:30 am
• CFYN Warm-up: 7:45 am -8:15 am
• All other teams warm-up: 8:15- 8:50 am
• Meet start: 9:00 am
• Estimated end time: 1:30

PM Session: 9-12 Yr Olds:

• 1st Warm-up Group: No earlier than 1:35 pm (CFYN, MYG, LKY, DYP, GYB, WADS, LYBD, NCY, RYD)
• 2nd Warm-up Group: 30 minutes after the start of group 1. No earlier than 2:05pm (LCWE, TUSC, MAYW, FCRD, YYN, LWCY, LCE, YWRC, YJET, COUNT)
• Session 2 Start Time: No earlier than 2:35 pm
• Estimated end time: 6:20 pm

Please consider volunteering! These meets and invitational cant happen without your help 💪

We are still in need of some help with volunteers, particularly timers and experienced officials. If any  parents are interested in helping out, they can use this link to sign-up. They'll get free admission, hospitality access, and entry into our volunteer raffle. Thanks for your help with this!

Fundraising opportunity:

Lucky Ducks-

Cuyahoga Falls High School will be running a fundraiser where parents can purchase a small good luck gift bag with ducks and various other goodies. They will be delivered on deck toward the middle of each session. The volunteers may need your help getting these bags to your swimmers.
