Hello swim families,

This is a notice that dryland will start next week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dryland practice will be held during regular scheduled practice ,for Advanced and Intermediate swimmers, before getting in the pool. Swimmers MUST wear tennis shoes and appropriate workout clothes to participate in dryland practice! If swimmers are not dressed correctly or unable to participate in dryland they will swim the entirety of practice.

Any swimmer not listed will spend the entirety of practice in the pool. If there is an extenuating circumstance that will keep your swimmer from being able to participate in dryland please let us know. If there are any questions or concerns please reach out!
