Just a quick reminder about Wednesday’s swim meet at Louisville against Green Y! 🏊

First and foremost, please make sure to sign your swimmer up for the meet if you haven’t already. This helps us get an accurate lineup and ensure everyone is included in events.

A few important notes:

• We are still looking for parent volunteers to help with timing at the meet. We truly can’t run things without your help, and we really appreciate the support—thank you in advance!
• Please have your swimmer arrive by 4:45 PM, which is 15 minutes before warm-ups begin. This gives them time to get settled and ready to swim.
• Our team camp area will be set up in the gym for this meet due to the large number of swimmers attending. Coaches will make sure swimmers get to their events on time, but it would be super helpful to have 1–2 parent volunteers keeping track of the event order and helping swimmers know when to head to the blocks.
