The meet tomorrow has changed our warmup time to 11:15 am. Please arrive by 11:00. Meet will begin at 11:45. As soon as we have heat sheets, we will post them to the meet. 

Also just a note about next week, we will be doing dryland Mon & Tues due to the holiday. No practice Weds. Please send your kids in workout clothes both days.
