Hi everyone, just a reminder that this Friday is the InterSquad practice meet. This is just a fun meet to get ready for the season - kids will be entered in any events they are able to swim. 
We are in need of volunteers to time, run the system, etc. This is a great time to learn if you have never done it before. 
Please have your swimmers to the pool for warmups at 4:30. The meet should be over around 6.
