We can finally say it .. It’s Championship Season!!!

Our Divisional Championship meet will be next Saturday, Feb 3. 
**We need everyone to RSVP by THIS WEDNESDAY AT 8PM. WE ALSO ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 2 TIMERS, 1 OFFICIAL, & 1 PARENT HELPER PER SESSION. PLEASE SIGN UP IN THE MEET FILE  

Here are a few details .. 

Where: Wooster HS- Ellen Shapiro Natatorium, 515 Oldman Road, Wooster, Oh 44691

When: Saturday Feb 3 (10&Under Arrive 7:45am, Warmup 8am, Start 9am)

(11&Up arrive 11:45am, Warmup 12pm, Start 1pm)

Who: Swimmers must have participated in three (3) YMCA Closed competitions—2 dual meets + 1 YMCA invitational OR 3 dual meets during the 2023-2024 Season to be eligible.

**The two fastest swimmers in each event will automatically qualify for Leagues in Cleveland. They will then take the next fastest from all 3 Divisions.

ADMISSION FEE: General Admission: $10; Under 16 is Free

HEAT SHEETS/PROGRAMS: Will be available online. A limited number will be printed and sold for $5.00.

APPAREL/TSHIRTS: T-shirts will be available from Sign Design

CONCESSION STAND: will be available outside the pool area in the hallway.

CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS:

• CAMERA ZONES: Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, restrooms, or locker rooms. Additionally, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Camera Zones include the area immediately behind the starting blocks at either end of the racing course (s) while they are in use for the race starts during competition and warm-up. Those failing to abide by this rule may be removed from the venue. The use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.

• Spectators are not permitted on deck

• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are permitted in the swimming complex.

• No coolers are permitted in the balcony area.
• Swimmers must wear shoes outside of the pool area. 

• Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open-ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.”
