Arrive no later than 9:15. Warmups will begin at 9:30, with the first event at 10:00 am.

Swimmers will not be seated on the pool deck, but in a nearby multipurpose room. Be sure they have warm clothes, extra towels, and crocs or sandals to walk back & forth. Coaches will keep everyone moving between events but swimmers must also pay attention to the meet progress and be ready to go when it’s their turn.

If you ordered a team suit, they will not be in for this meet. Swimmers may wear their practice suits or last years suit. Team Swim Caps will be passed out before warmup.

Heat sheets have been attached to the meet in Team Calendar. If possible, please write on your swimmers arm, a list of their events, with E/H/L (event/heat/lane) prior to arrival. If you’re not sure how to do this, a fellow swimmer/parent/coach can definitely help.
