Below is additional meet information for to night meet.

In the event of rain, our swimmers and families will be housed in the gymnasium between events, otherwise, we will be on the lawn just outside of the pool area. Parents are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets, and a canopy/tent if desired. We run a concession stand with walking tacos, hot dogs, nachos, etc., along with some healthy snack options.

IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ: RAPTORWARE (Don't leave home without your ID)

ALL ADULTS ENTERING THE YMCA must have their ID SCANNED through the Raptorware software. This is the association's policy for adults entering the facilities and it is for everyone's safety. Because of this policy, ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS must enter the YMCA through the Main Entrance (not the pool doors). Those attempting to enter through the pool doors will be turned away until they have a wrist band from the front desk. Scanned spectators / parents will be given either a stamp or wrist band to indicate that they have been scanned. PLEASE TELL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS of this policy to prevent unnecessary frustration upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding as this process will take some time.
