Reminder for those who have registered, tomorrow is the Hang Ten Invite!  

10 & Under swimmers need to arrive by 7:45am (warm-ups at 8:10am, start time is 9:00am). 

11 & Over swimmers need to arrive by 12:15pm (warm-ups will begin no earlier than 12:45 pm and last 30 minutes).

Only coaches and designated meet officials are permitted on deck. This includes during the awards ceremonies. 

Timers:  They are a little short on timers. If any of you are interested in timing please let us know, or head to the volunteer table on meet day. You'll get free admission, access to the hospitality room, and their sincere gratitude. 

Awards: Towels will be awarded on the podium after each session, all other awards will be passed out from coaches next week.

Also, please be aware that there are numerous activities going on this weekend at the university, including a basketball game, so parking may be challenging. There is plenty of parking in the garage if the other lots fill up. Swim families should NOT be charged for parking. Please tell the parking attendants that you are there for the swim meet, and should not be charged. If you are given any trouble you can mention Liann Cox's name (Akron's manager). Hopefully it won't be an issue!
