Hi everyone!  At our first meeting before the season started, I had talked about wanting to start a Parent Volunteer Board to give you all the opportunity to be more involved with some of the different aspects of our swim team.  I would like to hold our first meeting this coming Tuesday, November 8th, at 5:15pm in the kitchen.

Areas we will focus on:

Events Coordinators - We would love to have several parents to help with events such as our Christmas Party, Team Dinners, Team Bonding Events, End of Season Banquet, & Fundraisers.  We are open to suggestions for events!

Concession Stand Coordinators - We need 2-3 parents who would be willing to plan food items for the concession stand, and also set-up/tear-down the stand.  We will still have separate volunteers to work the stand.  Also open to discussion on how the stand is run/funded.

Timer Coordinators - We are in need of 2 parents who would like to lead our timers in gathering prior to the meet, making sure any new parents know how to time, checking in on all timers during meets, etc.
