Heat Sheets for Sunday's Rocktober Pentathlon are now available. At this point we will not be able to take any additional entries/changes. We will accept deck entries on meet day to fill any existing open lanes.

The warm-up plan with lane assignments is also available.

A few things to note:

• If anyone would like to time please stop at our volunteer check-in table set up just outside the pool deck. (This will get you free admission and access to the hospitality room).
• Akron has informed us that the main scoreboard is broken (it's being replaced in January), but the scoreboard in the corner at the shallow end will be working.
• Akron says that they will be running their concession stand from the front desk on the first floor. 
• Parents and swimmers are welcome to bring outside food.

Timeline for Sunday:

AM Session: 8 & unders and 13 & over swimmers

• Doors open : 7:30 am
• CFYN Warm-ups begin: 7:45 am
• All other teams warm-up 8:15 am
• Meet begins: 9:00 am

PM Session: 9-12 yr olds

• Doors open: 12:30 am
• Warm-ups begin: No earlier than 1:00 pm
• Meet begins: 45 minutes after warm-ups begin
• Estimated end time: 5:30pm
